SPIRITUAL LEADER

Are we really need spriritual leaders to rules, guides and inspires us?

They might be more humanitarian because they have attained high level of spiritual awareness. Spiritual leadership is servant leadership. Spiritual leadership involves humbling yourself and doing the tasks that no one else wants to do.

True spiritual leadership, with a spirit of humility and service, will cause people to follow you because they want to, not because they have to. Genuine humility and spiritual leadership is attractive.

Spiritual leadership insists on humility. Humility is the attitude that puts others ahead of you, that considers others more important than yourself.

Spiritual leadership also requires integrity. People do not want to follow a person they do not respect.

Genuine spiritual leadership has powerful results.

The best examples shown by Prophets Muhammad and Jesus Christ (Isa al Masih).

Mahatma Gandhi said;

“I claim to be no more than an average man with less than average abilities. I have not the shadow of a doubt that any man or woman can achieve what I have, if he or she would make the same effort and cultivate the same hope and faith.”
