HOLLYWOOD police now know exactly how Michael Jackson died - but they're refusing to go public.
The singer's post-mortem results were passed to detectives by the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office earlier this week.
But although all the toxicology tests have been completed, cops are blocking the release of the information.
Ed Winter, assistant chief coroner, refused to say when the eagerly-awaited statement would be released.
But it is expected their conclusion will confirm that Jackson was heavily medicated when he passed away at his rented Beverly Hills home.
